It’s a way to actually maintain your weight after you’ve worked so hard to lose it. She also explains how you can have wine and pizza and still lose weight. I’ve been a yo-yo dieter since I was like 11 years old and I honestly thought that that’s just how it had to be. The things she says in this interview BLEW MY MIND and I knew I had to work with her.
