Idk about you but I HATE the sound of most alarm clocks. It just jolts you awake and sends chills down your body with the most irritating and obnoxious sound. Plus, it just wakes you up right at that moment. You could be in your deepest sleep and it’s just going to pull you right out of that (and you wonder why you wake up so cranky). This alarm clock is a GAME CHANGER! It slowly lights up your room for thirty minutes. So if you set your alarm at 6am it’ll start lighting your room very gradually at 5:30am and it’ll be fully lit at 6am. This way you slowly wake up naturally when you’re at your lightest sleep instead of just being jolted awake no matter where you’re at in your sleep cycle. THEN if you still don’t wake up, it’ll start playing a sound. It has a few options to choose from but I use the birds chirping sound. Like there’s no way before I would ever wake up from some birds...but since it’s already gently awoken you it’ll wake you up! It’s amazing, I think everyone should have this so get one for yourself and the sleepiest lady in your life!
